(For Airport Pick Up & Drop Off) Any delay of flight arrival or departure needs to be communicated to balitour@thebalibible.com at least 4 hours before the the confirmed flight arrival or departure time - we will reschedule with NO additional cost. If less than 4 hours, the service is considered cancelled with no refund.
(For Airport Pick Up) In the case of no information from you, our waiting service is maximum +3 hours since the confirmed flight arrival time - if exceeded, the service is considered cancelled with no refund.
