Using farm-fresh ingredients, Rosalie Cheese produces natural Indonesian specialty cheese with a unique local flavour twist to suit both local and international tastes. This local artisan team, consisting of unskilled women turned professional cheesemakers, supports a number of dairy farmers across both Java and Bali.
