Our main fitness programs include ROARbarre and PWRbody, but we also offer bootcamp style classes as well as stretch & flexibility.
The ROAR Barre method is a fun, rhythmic fusion of barre, interval training, combining pilates, yoga, strength and dance. With creative sequencing and energetic workouts will get to you that deep muscle burn you love from barre. Our focus on form, alignment and attention to detail is what sets the ROAR barre program apart. With anatomical awareness and the instructors larger then life energy, ROARbarre will no doubt inspire you on your fitness journey.
PWRbody program is like nothing else! Take your fitness goals onto the next level turning them to reality fast with this strong 1hr full body class. Building strength to improve stability, mobility and function throughout the whole body with weights, body-weight plus an additional energy to keep your heart rate up to burn some extra calories! With strong movements with varied structure students will experience a challenging workout that is accessible for all fitness levels.
In each program, our ROAR Fitness programs will cover a wide range of modifications and variations making this the best workout for everyone.
