Balibola is a flexitarian café. By definition, a flexitarian diet is one that is plant-based with the occasional inclusion of meat.
The name Balibola derived from ‘BOLA’ which means ball in both Spanish & Indonesian. (Specialty: balls) Spain is where the idea of creating delicious savory balls of wholesome vegetarian goodness was born. Combined, they created a place that is healthy and at the same time, a place where everyone can eat without restrictions.
Their dishes are inspired by staple meals all around the world and carefully crafted to taste as authentic as can be – just meatless. Fox ex : Swiss Rosti, Bircher Muesli, French Toast, Huevos Estrellados. They have developed some faux meats that are incorporated in some of their signature dishes to entice and entertain our taste-buds. (Faux chicken nuggets, Faux bacon, faux beef).
You will see beautifully plated dishes that are Instagram ready with no compromise of taste. From the outside, the burst of pastel color palettes exteriors will grab your attention. (Talk about interiors: whimsical paintings, homey cushions. Talk about drinks. (Coffee by expat, colorful drink made out of bluepea flower : BB lemonade.
