- Have yourself an account at Zoom as we will practise on-line
I will host this activity virtually from my family temple in Bali . This 90 minutes activity will include guided meditation and yoga exercise .
• The meditation that we'll be doing is focus on our Energy centre ( Chakra ) . Opening and Recharge our energy wheels within the body. By clearing any blocks , syncronized its motions ,it'll greatly affect on our wellbeing. We'll use Color Breathing Meditation and Visualization
• To support the meditation we'll be doing Breathing and Physical Exercise to opening and recharging our energy centre.
This practise can be done by everyone.
More spesific to those who always deal with energy , like energy healer . But we are all healer to ourselves. Let's take care deeper of our wellbeing.
